Description
Medium-sized apple with tremendous disease resistance and storage ability. The skin is typically a pale green to yellowish, but with become redder in warmer climates. The flesh is crisp, juicy, tart, but also relatively high in sugar content making it a delicious addition to sauces and pies. It is also great to eat out of hand. Ripens mid-October and is hardy in zones 4-9. Trademarked.
