We guarantee our plants to be healthy, disease-free, and true to name when they leave the nursery. If a mistake was made regarding the health or variety of the material we will issue a refund and/or replace the plant. Certain restrictions may apply.
If you feel that your plant is infected with a pathogen please follow the steps below:
- Take photos of the suspected area of infection, the more varied perspectives the better
- Take photos of the plant base where it meets the soil
- Send photos to email@example.com with your name, date of purchase, and plant variety in question
- Contact your county Extension Agent for laboratory testing
