Virginia Crabapples are a beautiful fruit with a pleasant yet intense tart flavor. It makes a highly flavored dry cider. They’re great for cider, ornamental use, or fresh eating. A very vigorous and productive tree, dating back to the 1700s.
Root Stock: G969: 12-15ft, 15 ft between trees. Semi-dwarf, 12-15ft tall at maturity, resistant to fire blight, crown rot, and woolly apple aphid with good cold hardiness.
