Cresthaven peaches have a medium to large, nearly round, golden yellow fruit with a bright red blush. The flesh is firm, juicy, clearish yellow, and freestone with red coloring around the pit. IT resists browning and hangs well on the tree. Its good for canning, freezing, shipping, and, of course, eating. The tree is vigorous and productive, though it tends to overset fruit, so you'll want to do some thinning. Ripens in August and has excellent cold-hardiness.
