Description

Prunus americana. This native Eastern plum is vigorous and produces an abundance of small plums that are great for jams and preserves. Its flowers are sweet and aromatic, and the fruit also makes excellent food for wildlife. Hardy to Zone 2, and can be used as rootstock for American or American-Japanese hybrid plums.
